The research so far
2/3 of heart disease and stroke clinical research has focused on men.
Together, we’re changing that.
DonateWe’ll close the research gap by:
Adding more funders
Increasing the number of funders supporting research will mean more dollars invested in women’s heart and brain health research.
Demanding analysis
Together we need to routinely require sex- and gender-based analysis and reporting for all research published in journals.
Prioritizing sex and gender
All research funders need to make considerations of sex and gender a key requirement — along with other factors that impact care and outcomes, including Indigeneity, race, ability, sexual orientation, education, income and geography.
